The OpsBeasts command center: booked calls, connect rate, and a cross-system funnel from every sales tool in one live screen.

For agencies, call centers, and sales teams running a real floor on a dialer, a CRM, and ad spend that do not talk to each other.

Most agencies are leaking booked calls in at least a few of these places, and no single tool will flag it, because each leak sits in the gap between two tools. Run this on your own operation. Each point takes a few minutes to check.

The 12 points

  1. Speed to first touch. Minutes from lead created to first call or text. Past 5 minutes, connect rates fall. This gap sits between your form and your dialer, so no one owns it.
  2. Dial timing. Your connect rate by hour and day. Most floors dial on their own schedule, not when prospects actually answer.
  3. True cost per booked call. Ad spend divided by booked calls. Spend lives in the ad account, bookings in the CRM, so almost no one has this number.
  4. No show recovery. What percent of booked calls no show, and is there an automatic sequence that rebooks them? Unrecovered no shows are booked revenue walking out.
  5. The follow up cliff. Average touches before a lead is marked dead. Much of the pipeline sits past the fifth touch, and most floors quit at two or three.
  6. Message compliance. If you send SMS, confirm you have consent records, quiet hours, and opt out handling. One complaint can cost more than a month of pipeline.
  7. Call quality drift. Are calls scored on a consistent rubric, or does quality live in a manager head? Unscored calls hide your best and worst scripts.
  8. Attribution. Trace five closed deals back to the campaign that sourced them. If you cannot, you are optimizing spend blind.
  9. Cross account reporting. Time how long it takes to get one number across every client account. Over a minute means it is costing you hours.
  10. Revenue reconciliation. Closed won in the CRM versus money actually collected. When they disagree, your reporting is fiction.
  11. Rep visibility. Can you rank reps by revenue per dial, not just activity? Activity dashboards reward motion, not outcomes.
  12. The weekly rebuild. Hours someone spends stitching reports by hand each week. Pure leak, and the easiest one to stop.

Found three or more?

Then you are losing booked calls you already paid for. The good news is the fix is not another tool. It is one live view across the tools you already run, so the leaks show up before they cost you (see the sales ops command center and where GHL reporting stops).
